The system is very flexible in terms of customization. Any insurance product, commission calculation scheme, underwriting and settlement processes, printed form, automatic payment distribution rules, etc. can be customized using the appropriate configurators without the need for system modifications.

    Compliance with NBU requirements

The ProfITsoft system fully complies with the new NBU requirements that came into force in 2024 in accordance with the Law “On Insurance” (No. 1909-IX). It provides automation of all business processes of insurance companies, including contract accounting, financial monitoring, generation and submission of reports in accordance with the requirements of the regulator. The system supports electronic signatures and integration with key state registries and services, ensuring reliability, transparency and control of all operations. ProfITsoft has already been updated to comply with the new classifications of insurance products and to keep records by business line, making it a reliable solution for meeting the NBU's requirements.

    Automatic charging system

Was the agreement signed with a payment schedule, partially paid, and then canceled and re-entered into a new one? At the same time, the refund amount was transferred as payment to the new agreement, and some of the items on the payment schedule are still to be paid? How should we pay the commission fee in this case? And how to reflect this in the reporting? This is not a problem in ProfITsoft, all the relevant charges will be generated automatically, and we will have the correct information in the contracts, commission acts, and reports.

    Security

To work with the Computer Program, users log in through a browser with access to the system's servers. Login to the system is performed by login and password or, if necessary, through domain authorization (for example, through Active Directory).

The system has a flexible access model: user rights are defined through roles and privileges. Each action or section of the program is available only to those users who have been granted the appropriate permissions. This allows you to accurately control the functionality of each user. Integrations

The system supports data exchange with external platforms via API: settlements, import of contracts, automatic creation of counterparties, status updates, and document transfer. REST services for online sales, renewals and terminations of contracts have been implemented, in particular for partners such as EWA, Privatbank, etc.

Integration with the MTIBU's Centralized Database is also provided, with the formation and upload of data on contracts, payments, claims and forms in .dbf format or via web services. The system supports setting up Internet sources, online products, API configurations, synchronization of scanned copies, import error handling, and detailed logging of all requests. Reports

The system generates a wide range of reports for financial accounting, analytics, and control - on contracts, payments, customers, renewals, forms, VHI, losses, insurance payments, etc. The most popular reports include sales analytics, registers of concluded, paid, and renewed policies, client reports, financial indicators, calculations of DAC, UPR, RBNS, acquisition costs, and reports for the NBU.

The reports are available with filters by region, product, counterparty, etc., can be exported to Excel, and are stored in a log for later review. Accessibility is regulated by user roles and privileges.
